LARPing and Cosplay

so i'm trying to start getting into cosplay and cons when and if i can. the only issue is i don't have the time or cash or the creativity. i'm trying to think of different style ideas that would help with my cosplaying and thinking of also getting around some gear to start LARPing as well. i love doing Rennfest in michigan when i can, but i don't live there anymore >.<. ugh. i just want ideas and possible upcoming cons that i could go to if anyone can help with that, please let me know. send me characters that you'd like to see me cosplay as and i will try to scrounge up some cash to buy props and gear for those characters. thank you!!!
